Rapper and Grammy Award winner, Cardi B, who is known for making the word “Okurrr” popular, has filed paperwork with the United States Patent and Trademark Office to trademark her “Okurrr” catchphrase for “paper goods, namely paper cups and posters.”

According to records obtained by Page Six, the mother-of-one also plans to put the phrase on clothing, namely, T-shirts, sweatshirts, hooded sweatshirts, pants, shorts, jackets, footwear, caps, blouses, bodysuits, dresses, jumpsuits, leggings, shirts, sweaters, undergarments among others.

Okurrr or Okurr was Cardi’s unique way of saying OK and it soon blew up with a number of people using it. It even featured in a Pepsi advert that Cardi B featured in. She now plans to ensure that she owns the name.
